Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
Not at all! I was skeptical myself when I first heard of Reiki, but I gave it a try—and was pleasantly surprised by the results.
The beauty of Reiki is that it works whether you believe in it or not. The energy flows naturally, and all you need to do is relax. An open mind can enhance the experience, but even if you’re unsure, at the very least, you’ll enjoy an hour of peace. And at best? Who knows what positive shifts may unfold for you!
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that helps restore balance, relaxation, and healing. It works with the body's natural energy flow—when energy is low or blocked, we’re more likely to feel stressed or unwell, but when it moves freely, we feel more at ease and in harmony.
How does Reiki work?
During a session, I channel energy through my hands into your body to help clear blockages and balance your energy centers (chakras). You may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as the energy flows.
What can Reiki help with?
Reiki supports healing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. It can help with stress, anxiety, pain, fatigue, and overall well-being. While not a replacement for medical care, it complements other treatments by supporting the body's natural healing process.
Is Reiki safe?
Yes! Reiki is completely safe, gentle, and non-invasive. It’s suitable for people of all ages and health conditions. Let me know if you have any concerns before your session.
How many Reiki sessions do I need?
It’s up to you! Some clients come monthly, others a few times a year. A good starting point is three sessions to see how it works for you—but even one session can be beneficial.
Is Reiki a religion or associated with any specific faith?
No, Reiki isn’t tied to any religion or belief system. It’s a holistic practice that anyone can experience, regardless of spiritual or cultural background.
Can Reiki be used alongside other healing modalities or treatments?
