My Journey to Reiki

I’m a compassionate Reiki practitioner based in New Rochelle, NY, dedicated to helping others find balance, healing, and inner peace. My journey into Reiki was deeply personal—after facing my own health and emotional challenges, I discovered energy healing as a powerful tool for transformation. Experiencing its profound effects firsthand led me to share this healing practice with others.

In my sessions, I create a warm, nurturing space where you can release stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort. I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal itself, and Reiki is a gentle yet powerful way to support that natural process. With genuine care and empathy, I guide my clients toward greater well-being, helping them reconnect with their own inner healing power.

Reiki Lineage

My Lineage

A lineage is the line of teaching that a Reiki master has been trained in, similar to a family tree. It is important when undertaking Usui Reiki training that a master teacher is able to provide a full unbroken lineage tracing back to Mikao Usui.

The system of Reiki began in the early 1900s and was brought to the West in 1938 by Hawayo Takata. Lineages that follow a Western teaching will always have the same three people at the beginning of the lineage tree. My lineage is as follows:

My Studio

My Reiki studio is located in a quiet and secluded area of my home. I believe that bringing clients into my personal space adds a comforting touch, fostering a sense of familiarity and connection. It's a sanctuary where you can relax, recharge, and embark on your journey of self-discovery in a setting that feels both peaceful and welcoming.
