Life can get overwhelming, and it’s my passion to help you find peace and relaxation through Reiki. Whether you're feeling out of sync or simply seeking a moment of calm, I’m here to support you.

In a Reiki session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable table (or sit in a chair if you prefer) while I gently place my hands on different areas of your body. This helps channel energy to promote relaxation and healing. Many clients experience warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm during their session.

Often, our thoughts race around while our bodies try to keep up with daily demands, and our emotions can feel erratic. Modern life pushes us into a state of chaotic reactivity.

The word "reiki" (霊気) originates from Japanese. "Rei" (霊) means "spirit" or "soul," and "ki" (気) means "energy" or "life force." Together, "reiki" can be translated as "spiritual energy" or "universal life force energy."

Reiki promotes deep relaxation, helping to restore emotional, mental, and physical well-being. My goal is to help you tap into this energy, supporting your journey toward greater balance and inner peace.
